FROM PORTLAND- (50 minutes) Take 95 South to Exit 32, (formerly Exit 4) - Biddeford. Turn Right off exit toward Sanford. (This is Rt. 111) Follow 111/(becomes 202) about 15 miles  towards  Sanford- (West). Go through intersection of 202/4/111 in Alfred- see Alfred Gas on your Left. Go straight for about a mile and  you will come up a long hill; (CMP station on Left)- at the top is intersection with John Deere /Shaw's Ridge equipment on right. (Junction of 111 and 224.) Turn Right here- at the light- onto Shaw's Ridge Rd., also called Rte.224. Follow 224 around and down into Springvale to an intersection (less than 1 mile)- where you'll see Downeast Energy on your Left and Carl Lamb school and a Citgo station on your Right. Continue straight on 224.  Go 1/2 mile and see brick  and gray apartments on your Left. A few hundred feet further, follow Rt. 224  to the Left.  Go to the lights and turn Left on to Main St..  Travel less than 1 mile down Main, and see "Health Lyceum" sign at #554  Main St. on your left.	FROM  MASSACHUSETTS/ RHODE  ISLAND- 2 hours from Boston 95 N Through Hampton toll Follow signs for Maine/95 Over Portsmouth Bridge Through toll ($1.75 near York.) Travel to Exit 19 - Sanford/ Wells Turn Right off exit towards Sanford.  This is Rt 109. Travel  7  miles to traffic light, after passing  aiport on your left; see Pilot Pizza on your left. Turn Right here- no street sign. Travel less than 2 miles to Stop sign. Turn Right here; this is Rte. 4.. Go 2 miles to traffic intersection. Turn Left here onto Grammar Rd. (At Gulf station.) Go 2+ miles to traffic intersection- junction of Rt. 111/202/224.  Proceed straight across onto Shaw's Ridge Rd., also called Rt 224.  Follow 224 around and down into Springvale to an intersection (less than 1 mile)- where you'll see  Carl Lamb school and a Citgo station on your Right. Continue straight on 224.  Go 1/2 mile and see brick  and gray apartments on your Left. A few hundred feet further, follow Rt. 224  to the Left. Go to lights and turn Left onto Main St..  Travel less than 1 mile and see Health Lyceum sign at #554 Main St. on your Left.
Directions from York/ South Berwick- 45 mins.- Take Rt. 236 to Rt. 4 North. Take Rt. 4 north toward Sanford. Stay on Rt. 4 to the junction of Rt. 109 and 4. (See L'il General convenience store on right at lights.) Go straight through this intersection, staying on Rt 4.  Follow for a few miles until you come to the first traffic light- not a blinking light- intersection.  See Gulf on your left.  Turn Left here onto Grammar Rd.. Follow a few miles to intersection with traffic light- (Rt. 202/11).  Go straight across here onto Shaw's Ridge Rd., also called Rt 224.  (See Shaw's Ridge Equipment here on your left.) Follow 224 around and down into Springvale to an intersection (less than 1 mile)- where you'll see a Citgo station  and Carl Lamb School on your Right. Continue straight on 224.  Go 1/2 mile and see brick apartments on your Left. A few hundred feet further, follow Rt. 224  to the Left.  Go to the lights and turn Left onto Main St.  Travel less than 1 mile down Main to "Health Lyceum" sign at #554 Main St. on your Left.	FROM DOVER / ROCHESTER AREA- 25- 35 mins. Take Spaulding Tnpk North to Rt. 202 East - to Sanford, Maine Follow Rt. 202 through Lebanon and soon after going through intersection see "Robertson's Suzuki/Polaris" on your Right.  Take the next Left onto Rt.11A- (Oak St.) Follow for a few miles into Springvale Center- see Rite Aid on Left corner, Key Bank also on Left.  Turn Right at this light (junction of 11 and Rt . 109.) Travel less than 1 mile down Main St. until you see the "Health Lyceum" sign on your Left at #554 Main St..
FROM CONWAY AREA- 1 hour + a few minutes Follow Rt. 16 to Sanbornville. Pick up Rt. 109 East there. Follow 109 East for about 35 minutes into Springvale, Maine. (Rt. 109 is Main St, Springvale.) As you come into Springvale, see Rite Aid on your Left and go straight through this intersection.  Travel less than 1 mile and see "Health Lyceum" sign on your Left at #554 Main St., Springvale. OR Follow Rt. 16 into Rochester.  Pick up Rt. 202 East (Sanford, Me.), at Exit 16 off Rt. 16.  Follow Rt. 202 into Lebanon, Maine - about 15+ minutes. Come to "Robertson's Suzuki/Polaris" on your Left.   Take Rt. 11A on your Left immediately after.  Travel into Springvale Village - a few miles.  See Rite Aid and Key Bank on your Left   at the intersection of Rt. 11 and Rt. 109- Main St..  Turn Right at this intersection. Travel less than 1 mile down Main St. to #554 Main on the Left hand side. See "Health Lyceum" sign.	FROM MANCHESTER / NASHUA From NH Rte. 202: Follow 202 into Sanford, Maine - Landmark- See "Robertson's " motor sports on your Left coming up a hill.  See Rt 11A on your Left just past Robertson's. Turn Left onto 11A and follow a few miles into Springvale Center- see Key Bank, Rite Aid on your Left. This is junction of 11A and 109- Main St..  Turn Right at this light and travel less than 1 mile down Main St. until you see "Health Lyceum" sign on your Left at #554 Main St.
